The Aerodynamics Research Laboratory is a multidisciplinary research lab devoted to the study of advanced experimental high-speed aerodynamics.
Objectives
- Develop advanced experimental high-speed aerodynamics research in the areas of:
- Hypersonic Flows
- Compressible Turbulence
- Supersonic Vortex Dynamics
- Laser-Based Flow Diagnostics
- Ground Testing Facilities Development
- Promote students education in high-speed aerodynamics.
- Promote current and prospecting Missouri S&T students involvement in experimental research through outreach activities
